What you can expect, roughly.
Step #1
You schedule a free consultation using the form above. I send you an onboarding survey and a Google Meet invite. We connect to discuss the scope of work and all other relevant details.
Step #2
I propose the terms of our agreement, including a tailored payment schedule. You can request changes, or to accept, you sign it and deposit your first payment.
Step #3
We can organize a strategy workshop to ensure full alignment. If your schedule does not allow it, I move straight to execution, keeping you posted every step of the way.
Step #4
I execute the project according to our agreed timeline, incorporating your feedback at several points along the way, including a round of edits before the final delivery.

I primarily work on websites for B2B and B2C clients, including web copy and design. I also produce a lot of written content, from ebooks to emails to social media copy. I also do graphic design and branding, and I enjoy it just as much as writing. I also orchestrate multichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, push, and in-app messages.

Whether we're iterating on an existing website, brand, social profile, or building a new one from scratch, solving your problem in the most straight-forward, cost-efficient way possible is my first concern. You can read more about my process here.

Short answer: No, that’s what I’m here for!
Long answer: I will need some of your time at the start for discovery and strategy sessions to understand your business and what you want to achieve. But then, I get on with it, providing you with regular updates as I go.

That depends on the scope of the project. Some projects take less than a week, while others take months. The best way to find out is to shoot me a message or get on a quick call with me and discuss it. No strings attached!

After signing the agreement, I am happy to make changes to the scope of the project upon your request at any time during the project. But please note that any additional services will be subject to additional billing. We would also sign a new official offer to address deliverables, due dates, fees, and other relevant details in writing.

I always help my clients out for one week after the project ends — no charge. I help out with the most critical stuff like adoption and keeping things running smoothly until you learn the ropes — whether you’re learning how to use Squarespace or how to maintain your socials. For any help after that, we can work out an ongoing arrangement.

My most successful clients are ready to invest a chunk of change into building something worthwhile. That doesn’t mean it will break the bank, but let’s be completely honest... It really does take money to make money.
However, I know how to work with clients with all kinds of budget constraints to find cost-effective solutions that move the needle. Don’t hesitate to reach out.

I offer a range of customized packages to match your budget and the level of support you need. No one likes unpleasant surprises, so I quote a price upfront. You will know exactly how much you're paying and for what, but the exact cost of your project depends on the scope and your specific needs.

I typically only charge hourly for ongoing projects that need ongoing updates, such as maintaining a website I built for a client. My hourly rate starts at €40, but it depends on what we’re doing. In the case of one-time projects, I charge half of the total amount upfront and the rest upon completion to keep things clean and transparent.

I work Central European Time, but I adjust my work hours to give my clients in the Americas and elsewhere a chance to reach me in real-time when they need to. I'm always ready to help out in emergencies, no matter the hour.
